This is a very beautiful song that speaks about one's heart not getting compassion of Ishwara who hasn't visited it yet and comparing it to lotuses without sun rays, rainbow without light and finally ending by telling that vezhambal waited a long time doing tapas for rain water meaning that tapas will never go wasted as patience is essential for the goal of eternal bliss awaiting us.
