saakshi aam un bhaavam
unmai aam un svaroopam
idayam aam un nilayam
nee aakum en amma amma
Your attitude is witness (witness-hood with the world)
Sat (unmai) is ur svaroopa or nature
Heart is your abode
you are my amma
Enkum nirainthu nirkintra
ishanum nee aam
Unai kaanaamal eppadi thaan
iruppeno
You are the Ishwara who pervades everything
therefore how can I remain without seeing you? (it is a self-answered question with answer of NO, definitely i see you everywhere only as I cannot be without seeing you as you are present everywhere)
pechum chinthayum appaal
brahmavum (brahmamum) nee aam
unai naaduvathu eppadi thaan
amma
you are brahman beyond pechu or word and chintha or thoughts (appal means beyond - mano vaacham agochara)
Therefore how can I attain or grasp you? I cannot grasp you
On one side, ishwara is all pervasive and other side ishwara cannot be known -- the dual split of vedanta, knowing is with ego whereas seeing ishwara everywhere is going beyond ego and duality.

"I am not the body" thus contemplate in the mind
I am Brahman of the nature of bliss
Always abide in the Atman - this is definitely the way
There is no other way to liberation
na vidhyathe svapne atah deho naaham
krithahaani akrithaabhyaagama

vishayatvaatapi deho naaham (sada deho)
The body doesn't exist in dream state, therefore I am not the body
If I am the body, it will lead to destruction of whatever we have done (and not yet enjoyed before death - actions done but no results)
and it will lead to enjoyment of fruits for which we haven't done any actions (after birth, we enjoy stuff initially - enjoyment is there but no actions was performed)
Also because the body is an object (whereas I am subject), therefore I am not the body. (when sada is used to get to the first para, it means "always contemplate that I am not the body")
agamaapayino deho naaham
sadaa parivarthin deho naaham
shashvat nashvara deho naaham
brahmaaham deho naaham
I am not the body which comes and goes
I am not the body which constantly changes
I am not the body which immediately perishes

Mrit bhakshanam
Pralaya svaroopam
loka paripaalanam

Eating of mud
denotes pralaya or total destruction
and protection of the world
which is inside himself
Kaliya natanam

Dancing on kaliya
is joyous to the mind,
his child form is very attractive
his dance is a joyful celebration
Poonthana haranam
karuna saagaram
suraasura abheda
sarva aashrayam
Killing of Poothanaa
shows his compassion (towards devotees and towards the asura herself by giving her moksha)
Without having the difference of deva and asura (good and bad)
he is the refuge for all
Dootha rupam
Prema rupam
vishva rupam
bhaktha priyam
Going a dootha
shows his loving form
shows his all-pervasive form
and liked by bhakthas (bhakthas like vidura and bhisma relished the vishvarupa shown as a dootha)
Giri dhaari
Shatru haari
Rakshaakari
brahma chaari
Lifting of govardhana mountain
shows him as a destroyer of enemies
protecting people
and as a brahmachari (celibate - small kid)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This song speaks about the various systems of jeeva and concludes that jeeva is Brahman alone
jeevah ekah
vaa anekah
vividha matham
moha kaaranam
Is jeeva one or many?
These various views causes delusion (confusion)
kenachit proktham
jeevah aneka eva
yathaa agnih
bahudhaa vidhyathe
Some say that jeeva is many alone
Like fire exists in different forms
anyena tu uktham
jeevah eka eva
yathaa svapne
aneka darshanam
Others say that jeeva is one alone
Even as in dream, many is seen (similarly one jeeva appears as many)
ekah vaa anekah
svaanthah sphuranam
chaithanyam brahmaiva
jeevopi brahmaiva
One or many (irrespective of this)
That Consciousness which pulsates inside oneself is Brahman alone
Jeeva is also Brahman
ekamathena jeevo brahmaiva
anekamathena jeevah prathibimbah
bimbavina na, atah sah brahmaiva
jeevo (api) brahmaiva na anyah
In one-alone system, jeeva is Brahman alone
In many-jeeva system, jeeva is reflection of Brahman
reflection doesn't exist without original and hence it is Brahman alone
Thus jeeva is Brahman alone, not different

Therefore know that everything is Brahman alone; vision of duality is only an illusion
Even as two moons are seen (due to fault to eye), similarly duality is seen due to the fault of the mind which is deluded by inexpressible Maya
